Personal Strategic Growth (PSG) is a non-profit personal and professional development organisation dedicated to empowering all educators to be the best educator they can be, this is achieved through structured bespoke training programmes, seminars, workshops and training resources

We have provided Continuous Personal and Professional Development Training programmes since August 2010.

PSG offers training programmes in Education Leadership and Management, Teacher Education, Special Education Teaching Strategies, Personal Development, Leadership and Management; there is something that will suit you whatever career sector you might be in.

PSG empowers educators to achieve excellence in learning, teaching, and leading so that every child is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged.

We are educators that support educators to develop a mindset that will drive you to be purposeful in your practice, your profession and career.

Our Vision is to Develop, Educate and Train; Men and Women Educators, School Leaders and Managers to deliver a first-class 21st century inclusive education to all African children so they can become Persons of Influence in the Global Market place.
